4. Last-Minute Bookings

Bookings made using the online booking system less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival or departure time will be subject to availability and may incur additional surcharges. We recommend that you be aware of these considerations when making last-minute arrangements.

While we strive to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible, it is essential to note that availability is not guaranteed for services booked within this time frame. Factors such as airport capacity and service provider availability may impact the ability to fulfill these last-minute requests.

To ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience, we encourage you to plan your bookings well in advance. However, if you find yourself needing our services on short notice, please proceed with the booking process and check for availability, additional charges, and any specific conditions that may apply to last-minute reservations.

5. Payment for Services

Charges for our services are due in full at the time of booking. We accept various payment methods to facilitate a convenient and secure transaction process. It's important to understand our Amendments, Refund & Cancellation policy before making any payments, as it outlines the terms and conditions related to changes and cancellations.

All payments shall be made in (CHF/Excluding VAT) by credit card (cc fees 4.5%) and shall be due immediately. The credit card will be charged upon confirmation of the booking. Swiss VIP shall be entitled to require payment in advance.

Payment Methods:

  • We offer multiple payment options, including credit cards and debit cards, to accommodate your preferences.
  • Upon completing your reservation, you expressly authorize us to debit the total amount, including any additional charges mentioned in these Terms and Conditions, from your chosen payment method.

Amendments, Refund & Cancellation Policy:

7. Service Providers' Terms and Conditions

Every service provider has its own Terms and Conditions. It is important to read and understand these terms before booking their services. "Swiss VIP" acts as an intermediary, and each service provider may have unique terms that apply to the services they offer. Please review these terms to ensure you are aware of any specific conditions or requirements associated with the services you choose.

8. Service Delivery Assurance

Negligence and Misinformation

  • Our liability does not extend to any indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to the loss of profits that might arise from the negligence of our employees or associates. Moreover, Swiss VIP is not responsible for any incorrect information supplied by clients or third-party providers, nor for discrepancies in service attributed to such misinformation.

Service Disruptions

  • Flight delays, airport conditions, and the actions or decisions of third-party providers may disrupt service provision. While we regret any inconvenience these disruptions may cause, Swiss VIP cannot be held liable for circumstances that are not directly attributable to our conduct or within our control.

Third-Party Services

  • In instances where third-party services are engaged at your request, our liability is confined to the careful selection and instruction of these third-party entities. We are not liable for the third-party's performance, failures, or omissions.

General Limitations

  • Neither Swiss VIP nor its suppliers shall be liable for losses, whether direct or indirect, that you or your co-travelers incur due to the provision or non- provision of services advertised. This includes scenarios where services are impacted by factors beyond our control.

  • In such cases, you will receive a full refund of the Booking Fee as a measure of compensation for the inability to provide the services.

8.4. Immigration, Customs, and Airline Regulations:

  • Clients are responsible for complying with the regulations of immigration, customs, and airlines, as these are independent units with their own specific requirements.
  • While greeters will assist you during these procedures, they are not authorized to intervene in decisions made by customs, airlines, or immigration authorities.

8.5. Flexibility and Regulation Changes:

  • Please be aware that the availability of service and airport regulations can be flexible and subject to adjustment without prior notice due to the prevailing circumstances.
  • We strive to adapt to changing conditions to provide you with the best possible service experience.

9. Additional Services

9.1. Special Additional Services:

  • Any special additional services or requests that are not included in the originally booked service package will be subject to separate charges.
  • Please communicate such requests clearly, and the cost for these additional services will be specified accordingly.
  • "Swiss VIP," does not provide the Special Services itself, but instructs third parties in accordance with the Client’s request.
  • "Swiss VIP," is not responsible for Special Services and shall not held liable for any consequences out of such services or missed services.

9.2. Airport Lounge Access:

  • Please note that, unless otherwise confirmed by us in the Terms of Service, "Swiss VIP," services do not automatically include entry to an airport lounge.
  • Access to airport lounges may be available at selected airports but is subject to an additional charge.

9.3. Non-Transferable Booking:

  • The booking made with "Swiss VIP," is not transferable. It is intended for use by the individual or company that created the booking or the customer who made the reservation.
  • Transfer of bookings to other parties is not permitted.

9.4. Subject to Availability:

  • All services provided by "Swiss VIP," are subject to availability. While we make every effort to ensure the availability of services, there may be circumstances where certain services are unavailable due to factors beyond our control.
  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative solutions or refunds as per our policies.

10. Non-Transferable Booking

  • Transfer of bookings to other parties is not permitted.

  • Your booking should reflect your specific needs and preferences.

10.3. Compliance with Regulations:

11.3. Refunds and Policies:

  • If a service becomes unavailable, our Amendments, Refund & Cancellation policy will be applicable.
  • Clients can refer to our policy for detailed information on refunds and cancellations in such situations.

11.4. Force Majeure Circumstances:

  • We acknowledge that airports worldwide can face unforeseen security restrictions imposed by government authorities or security agencies.
  • In such cases, where the ability to provide the booked services is compromised, you will receive a full refund of the Booking Fee as per our policy.

11.5. Factors Beyond Control:

  • Delays and cancellations may occur due to factors beyond our or our suppliers' control, including weather, accidents, governmental restrictions, and force majeure events.
  • Our liability is limited to re-performance of the cancelled "Swiss VIP" service. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

11.6. Immigration and Customs Procedures:

  • It's important to note that immigration and customs facilities at airports are independent units, each with its own regulations.
  • Clients are responsible for complying with these regulations while being escorted by our greeters during the process.

11.7. Responsibility for Decisions:

  • Decisions made by customs, airlines, or immigration authorities may affect your travel plans.
  • These decisions are beyond our control, and we cannot be held responsible for them.

Please be aware that service availability and airport regulations can be flexible and subject to adjustments without prior notice due to various factors, including the current situation.

12. Force Majeure Circumstances

"Swiss VIP," acknowledges that airports worldwide can witness unforeseen security restrictions being imposed by the Government, Airport Authorities, or Security Agency, due to certain security situations at the Airport or for undisclosed reasons. In such cases, all the Airport Assistance services can be suspended without prior notice. This can lead to the inability to provide the booked services. However, in such scenarios, you will receive a full refund of the Booking Fee.

In certain cases, delays and cancellations may result from factors beyond our or our suppliers' control such as weather, accidents, governmental restrictions, and other events of force majeure. In such cases, our liability is limited to re-performance of the cancelled "Swiss VIP," service. In exceptional circumstances, a refund or partial refund may be given in our discretion and/or the discretion of the supplier of the "Swiss VIP," services concerned, but it is not guaranteed.

Clients are required to realize that the immigration and customs facilities are independent units. Consequently, each unit imposes its own regulations that must be followed and fulfilled. While completing the regular procedures of these units, clients will have to carry and transfer their documents and personal belongings for the purpose of security checks. The passenger will be escorted by a greeter through this process. However, the greeter is not allowed to intervene.

Kindly note that the immigration, airlines, and meet and greet service provider are three different entities; as a result, any potential delay, border rule changes, cancellation, or airlines' rejection of passenger entrance into a specific country and/or boarding the plane will be accordingly applied to the meet and greet terms and conditions. The meet and greet team will not be held responsible for the decisions of customs, airlines, or immigration.

Please be noted that the availability of service and airport regulations are flexible and may be adjusted anytime without any prior notice due to the current situation.

13. Onus of the User/Customer

You acknowledge and agree to read and abide by the Terms of Service, as these define what services are included within the "Swiss VIP," services for your specific journey.

Amendments:

  • Flexibility for Changes: You can modify your booking at any time to accommodate changes in your travel plans.
  • Price Adjustments: Any changes resulting in a different price from the original booking will be adjusted accordingly. You may be charged extra to account for the price difference.
  • Subject to Availability: Amendments made within 48 hours of the scheduled "Swiss VIP" service or for bookings involving more than four people are subject to availability and confirmation by the Service Provider. Additional fees may apply in such cases.
  • Price Changes: If prices have changed between the time of the original booking and the requested change, we reserve the right to charge the difference to the amended booking. Any additional payment will be processed when you request the booking change.
  • Free Changes: Changes made more than 96 hours before the scheduled service time are free of charge.
  • Airport-Specific Policies: Note that in certain airports, changes within 48 hours of the service time may not be allowed and will be treated as a cancellation. Specific policies may vary among service providers.
  • Confirmation: Changes are not considered binding until you receive a confirmed, adjusted booking confirmation via email.

Cancellation of Services and No Show:

  • If you decide to cancel your order during the pending process or before confirmation, you will be subject to our cancellation policy.
  • Booked and confirmed VIP services can be canceled free of charge up to 96 hours (local time of the airport, arrival/departure) before the scheduled service.
  • Cancellation between 96 to 72 hours (local time of the airport, arrival/departure) will incur a 25% charge.
  • Cancellation between 72 to 48 hours (local time of the airport, arrival/departure) will incur a 50% charge.
  • Cancellation less than 48 hours (local time of the airport, arrival/departure) or no-show will result in a 100% charge.
  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed following these terms and credited to the client's account within a specified number of business days.
  • Clients must provide written notice for cancellations within the stipulated time frames.
  • Clients are encouraged to inform "Swiss VIP," of any changes or cancellations as soon as possible to minimize fees.
  • Strict enforcement of the cancellation policy ensures efficient scheduling and resource management.
  • Every cancellation made by the client, whether the service is confirmed or pending, will be subject to the policy above.

Refunds:

  • Any refunds resulting from cancellations will be processed to the credit card used for the Booking Fee payment.
  • No refunds will be issued in the case of a No Show.
  • "Swiss VIP," will not be liable for any refund in the absence of prior notification.
  • Refunds will be promptly processed and credited to the client's account within a specified number of business days, as per our Refund Policy.

We understand that travel plans can be unpredictable, and these policies are designed to balance flexibility with operational considerations.
